This team is responsible for delivering support around the clock. You are assigned to a team that has advanced expertise in the systems and applications that you are running. Your team is staffed by highly-trained level 2 and 3 systems administrators, software engineers, network engineers, and security engineers. This team approach to service delivery allows us not only to deploy and scale infrastructure quickly, but also to solve customer issues accurately the first time.
We are solely focused on providing superior hosting. Because of this keen focus, we have developed deep expertise in managing and troubleshooting specific managed hosting issues. We operate a state-of-the-art data center. We keep our links under 50% utilization; when we reach that point we add additional capacity. This allows us to absorb traffic bursts without dropping packets. Our data center, located in Los Angeles, California, is in the same building used by the nation’s 12 largest Internet providers to connect to each other. We also maintain multiple Tier-1 upstream providers; we currently have three such providers.
We have taken measures to minimize our environmental impact at our offices and data centers by reconfiguring our entire infrastructure to improve power savings. In addition, we have made efforts to offset our carbon footprint by purchasing Green-E Certified Renewable Energy Credits (“REC’s”). We now purchase 100% of our energy usage in renewable energy REC’s from all over the United States.
