I cannot send email, but I can receive email?
You might need to use your local ISP’s SMTP server.
Local ISP’s having started blocking the use of 3rd party email servers in order to control the sending of spam on their network. Call your local ISP to find out if they have their own SMTP server. Plug their SMTP server into your account settings for your email client. Do not change the POP3 server.
