How do I setup Outlook to access my Coolhandle email?

If you have not already done so, you will need to first setup the email address using your Coolhandle control panel. Once you have completed this step, return back to this FAQ.

1. Open Outlook. In the menu bar, click “Tools” then “E-mail Accounts…”.

2. On the next screen, select “Add a new e-mail account”. Click the “Next” button.

3. On the next screen, select “POP3” as the server type. Click the “Next” button.

4. On the next screen, enter in your information using the picture below as a guide. Please note that your “User Name:” is your full email address. When you are finished, click the “Next” button.

Incoming Mail Server (POP3) mail.coolhandle.com
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) mail.coolhandle.com

If you are having issues with sending mail. You may need to use your local ISP’s SMTP server. Contact them to get this setting.

5. You should see the Congratulations screen. You’re done! Click the “Finish” button.
