We have just completed an upgrade to CoolHandle.
If you are experiencing any issues with sending or receiving email, please see below:
Please go to the account settings in your email program (ie, Outlook) and change the settings for your incoming mailserver.
Your incoming POP3 mailserver should now be mail.coolhandle.com.
If you are NOT using your ISP’s outgoing mailserver, you will need to change
your outgoing SMTP server to mail.coolhandle.com.
For those customers who are using an IP address for incoming mail:
Please use 64.39.19.208.

Starting today – January 17, 2008 – all Customers who access Webmail to send/receive their mail will need to use the link above to access their email accounts.
We have upgraded the Email System to extend better functionality to our Customers.

We have taken the Windows server off-line in order to perform maintenance. The maintenance will take about 2 hours. The Windows server should be back online by 1:00pm EST. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Update:
The maintenance program is taking longer than initially expected. We are estimating 2-5 more hours.

We are aware of the email issues and are working to resolve them.
Update:
We had to perform some hardware maintenance. The server is back up and should be functioning normally. We discovered an error in the filesystem that was fixed after a filesystem check. This was causing the mail server to store but not deliver mail. Since the mail server was technically still running, our monitoring software was unable to detect a problem. We are now using monitoring software that will detect these kinds of errors.

Please be advised that we will be slow in responding to support requests due to Hurricane Wilma. Only our customer service office is effected. Our servers are safely located in an offsite facility. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

We will be performing system maintenance on Sunday October 23 starting at 9:00 pm EST. Web sites, the control panel, mail and FTP will be effected intermittently for approximately two hours.
