If you are experiencing any issues with sending or receiving email, please see below:
Please go to the account settings in your email program (ie, Outlook)and change the settings for your incoming mailserver.
Your incoming POP3 mailserver should now be mail.coolhandle.com.
If you are NOT using your ISP’s outgoing mailserver, you will need to change
your outgoing SMTP server to mail.coolhandle.com.
For those customers who are using an IP address for incoming mail:
Please use 64.39.19.208.
After you make changes you will need to Exit your email program and reopen it.
